My Philosophy:Â
The Macifesto
 1. Begin With the End in Mind:
Before you open an app or start a project, pause. What are you trying to create? Where do you want to end up? Design your destination first. Clarity makes everything easier.Â
2. Make Your Last Step Your First Step: Don’t start at the beginning—start at the end. If you always drag a photo into an email, don’t open Mail first. Drag the photo to the Mail icon. If a folder takes 12 clicks to find, make an alias. The smartest path is often the shortest.Â
3. Tame Your FOFE – Capture with confidence: FOFE—the Fear of Forgetting Everything—makes people save things everywhere "just in case." But duplication causes chaos. Create one simple, reliable system. Voice memos, Notes, Reminders, screenshots—whatever works. Capture it once. Know where it lives. Let your brain relax.
4. Sort, Don’t Search: Spotlight shouldn’t be your strategy. Use the 5 Folder Fix: five core folders that hold everything you need. Avoid scattering your files across clouds, apps, and downloads. Keep it in one place. Keep it organized. Keep it findable.Â
5. Use the Right Tool for the Job: The right tool makes the job feel effortless. Use Notes for thoughts, Reminders for tasks, Freeform for brainstorming, and cloud storage for access anywhere. Don’t hammer with a screwdriver. Bring the whole toolbelt.Â
6. Create & Refine Your System: No system is perfect—ever. Start simple. Then simplify again. If something feels clunky, fix it. Make it easier. Make it better. Keep going.Â
7. Embrace Change and Grow on Purpose: Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by choice. Every update, every new feature, every small shift is a chance to improve. Don’t fear change. Use it. This is how you level up.Â
8. Have Fun & Explore: Tech isn’t fragile. It’s meant to be played with. Push buttons. Try stuff. Make mistakes. Curiosity fuels growth. Fear just freezes it.Â
